The basics

What is Saboria?
A QR code digital menu for bars, restaurants and cafés. Guests scan the QR code on the table and see the menu on their phone; you change it from a very simple dashboard, on your phone or computer.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Saboria works in the browser, for you and for your guests. They don’t need to download an app either: they scan and the menu opens.

If I change a price, when do my guests see it?
Instantly. Prices, dishes, photos, sold-out items and the order of the menu update as soon as you save. The printed QR code always stays the same, so there is nothing to reprint.

What kind of venue is it for?
Tapas bars, cafés, terraces, restaurants, beach bars and hotels. It works just as well with a short menu as with a large one with many sections, a wine list and a set menu.

Can I share the menu on WhatsApp or Google?
Yes. Every menu has its own link that you can send on WhatsApp or add to your Google Business profile, Instagram or website.

Plans and free trial

How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you create your account, you choose how to start. With the free trial you get everything in the Pro plan for 14 days, without entering a card. If you don’t choose a plan when it ends, you move to the Free plan and your menu keeps working: nothing gets switched off.

Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes, with no time limit. It includes your menu with a QR code in the Classic light style, up to 100 menu visits a month and one person in the dashboard. It shows Saboria branding and does not include AI features or customisation.

What does the Start plan add?
Unlimited visits, your logo and colours, the Centred elegant, Tabs and Dark elegant styles, a QR code with your logo, the menu without Saboria branding and up to 4 people in the dashboard.

And the Pro plan?
Everything in Start, plus: menu translation with AI, AI-suggested allergens, an AI assistant for your guests, allergen filter and My list, set menus, One QR for everything, the Full-screen photos style, your own domain and an unlimited team.

Is there a minimum contract?
No. You can change plan or cancel whenever you like. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the paid period and we keep your data for 60 days in case you come back.

Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from “Plan & billing”. If you upgrade, you pay the prorated amount and get the new features straight away; if you downgrade, the change applies from the next billing cycle. Your menu is always kept.

How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) through Stripe, the payment platform used by millions of businesses. We never store your card details.

I have several venues. Which plan suits me?
You can run several businesses from the same account. If you have a group of venues, get in touch and we will put together a custom plan.

The menu

Can I show the allergens for each dish?
Yes, on every plan: you tick the 14 official allergens on each dish and guests see them with their icon. On Pro, the AI also suggests allergens from the ingredients (always check them before publishing) and guests can filter the menu.

Can I hide a dish that has run out?
Yes. Mark it as sold out with one tap and it disappears from the menu. Tomorrow you switch it back on without retyping anything.

Can I have the menu in several languages?
Yes, with the Pro plan. Add the languages you want and the AI translates the whole menu at the click of a button. You can then edit any translation by hand. Guests choose their language on the menu itself.

Can I have several menus?
Yes: food, wines, desserts… With Pro you can also put them all (plus the set menu) behind a single QR code, each in its own tab.

How does the set menu work?
With Pro you create your set menu with its price and sections (starters, mains, desserts). Pick dishes from your menu or write them by hand, and it gets its own QR code. The next day, duplicate it and change only what changes.

Getting started

How long does it take to get the menu ready?
Most people have it running in under 15 minutes: create the sections, add the dishes and download the QR code. You can start with a few dishes and finish it later.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Neither for the 14-day free trial nor for the Free plan.
