What data we collect and why
This website only collects data when you send it to us through one of its forms.
Contact form
- Data: name, email, telephone (optional), business name (optional) and your message.
- Purpose: to reply to your enquiry or your demo request.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Quote form for physical QR codes
- Data: business name, email, type of holder, number of units and notes.
- Purpose: to prepare and send you the quote you ask for.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
IP address
When you submit a form we store your IP address, for security only: to detect abuse and automated submissions (spam). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We don't ask for data we don't need, and we don't build profiles or make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep the data
- Contact enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them and, at most, one year, unless a business relationship begins.
- Quotes: one year from when they are sent or, if you become a customer, as long as the law requires (for example, tax and commercial rules).
- IP address: the same period as the form it is attached to.
After that, the data is deleted, or blocked while it may be needed to deal with claims.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, unless the law requires us to.
To operate, we use providers who act as processors and only handle data on our instructions: the website hosting provider and the email provider.
If any of them is outside the European Economic Area, international transfers are only made with adequate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of:
- access: to know what data of yours we process;
- rectification: to correct inaccurate data;
- erasure: to ask us to delete it;
- objection: to object to a specific processing;
- restriction: to ask us to stop using it while a question is resolved;
- portability: to receive your data in a commonly used format.
To exercise them, write to info@saboria.app stating which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. Where we process your data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what has already been done.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
